Basketball Wives star Kenya Bell’s pending divorce is getting real ugly! (Details Inside)
For those of you who do not know or who Kenya Bell is, Kenya Bell currently is a cast member on the hit VH-1 show “Basketball Wives.” On the show, you see her trying to get her singing career off the ground, and pretty much find herself. She at press time is the only cast member who is still legally married. However, she is going through a nasty divorce with her soon to be ex-husband Charlie Bell. Kenya claims that Charlie goes on shopping sprees in Louis Vuitton, and leaves her and their kids struggling. Charlie fired back in court with a list of expenditures that are linked to Kenya:
-$82,000 on a Corvette, which she drove for 3 weeks. She then resold it for $61,000.
-$12,000 on a motorcylce
-$20,000 on criminal attorneys
-$150,000 on “miscellaneous expenses to get even with Mr. Bell”
-$3,000 on her brother’s electric bill
-$9,000 on luggage and shoes
-Lastly, $110,000 on plastic surgeries and expenses in L.A. for the plastic surgery trips.
Charlie who plays basketball overseas in Italy, allegedly gave Kenya $200,000 before he left. He is asking the court to deny her request for spousal support. This is juicy. SUPREME OPINION: We feel that first and foremost, if she did indeed spend over $100K on plastic surgery, she should definitely get her money back. We don’t see where she could have possibly spent that much money on plastic surgery. This is going to get much worse, and we think the main reason why he wants a divorce is because he was stabbed by her, and probably fears for his safety. We will keep you updated!! WOW!
